The United States is one of the world's most popular immigration destinations. Work related visa options include the E2, E1, L1, H1B, B1 in lieu of H1B, and more. Certain individuals are eligible for non-immigrant visas, and others are eligible for a lawful permanent residence or ``green card.`` We represent immigrants and their employers on these business visas and employment-based green cards.
Our attorneys specialize in all facets of US immigration law including: removal and deportation defense, permanent residence (green card) through family relationships, employment or long term physical presence, work permits, waivers, citizenship, and more. At Baret Law Group, we work to advise and assist clients with adjustment of status, citizenship, naturalization, green cards, asylum and deportation. We will help you achieve your immigration goals.

We provide personal consultations regarding each family’s individual immigration situation. We work with you to evaluate whether you or a member of your family may qualify for a family-based visa and/or a “green card.”
